My Mental Health
At this point I feel completely fine I've never tried offing myself, nor I would. But so far I've been experiencing psychosis and ADHD
I have some symptoms of ADHD such as:

being unable to sit still, especially in calm or quiet surroundings.

constantly fidgeting.

being unable to concentrate on tasks.

excessive physical movement.
-
excessive talking
And for Psychosis:
-
Lack of self-care or hygiene
-
Stronger emotions than situations call for

DAs explanation:
A delusional attachment (DA) is a term that psychotics have coined as an alternative to the term 'Identity Delusion', in which someone believes that they are another 'being' than they actually are, whether that be a real person, a fictional character, a nonhuman creature, an object, etc. The term and experience of having a DA is exclusive to those who experience Psychosis!
Delusional attachments can be constant/recurrent, or they can be episodic.
Another thing I want to address is that I age regress
What is Age Regression?

Age regression is when someone reverts to a younger state of mind. This regression may be only a few years younger than the person's physical age. It could also be much younger, into early childhood or even infancy.
Why do I use it?

Age regression is often used as a coping mechanism for things like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Regression in adults can arise at any age; This would be retreating to an earlier stage of life. (emotionally, socially and/or behaviourally). Many overwhelming emotions can cause an adult to regress. In essence, individuals revert to a point in their development when they felt safer and when stress was non-existent, or another adult would have rescued them.
